The work combined behavioural data analysis, conversion psychology, and UX design to create personalized shopping experiences at scale.

Delivered rapid-turnaround web and email campaigns for NEXT, one of the UK's largest fashion retailers. The work was execution-heavy and fast-paced — same-day website updates, hand-coded email templates, and pixel-perfect creative production under tight deadlines.
